Dex is 100% Australian made and owned. Our team consists of a medical advisory panel, food technologists, dietitians and physicians. Each member brings valuable knowledge and experience.
The Dex medical team is led by Dr David Reiner, practicing perioperative physician (Anaesthetist/Anaesthesiologist) and Director of Specialty Anaesthesia and Medical Symbiosis, the producer of a topical lidocaine spray. As a member of the Australian New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (ANZCA) he holds the title of Quality and Safety Officer on the regional committee of the Australian Capital Territory. Dr Reiner is committed to simplifying hospital “clear fluid” protocols, and improving fasting conditions for patients while improving surgical outcomes.
