We suggest 3 key actions that help many
situations
1 - Power down reset
Shut the computer down, disconnect or switch
off the mains power to everything - the computer, modem ,
router, printer etc
Let it sit for a minute.
Then start it all up again for a clean start
2 - Google it
If it seems like a simple question or
error message then you will not be the first person to ask.
Try typing it into
google.com
But be aware -
a simple answer is good, but technical procedures can make
problems worse. If you feel out of your depth call us.
3 - Help us help you.
A little self diagnosis goes a long way
and can save a
lot of time and money.
Any unusual noises
Does it happen during or after a certain activity.
When did the problem start, did you make any
changes around that time or anytime recently.
If the problem is intermittent, keep a log of activity before
the issue occurs.
What is your system, ie, how old is it, when
was it last serviced or updated and by whom, type of internet
connection and internet provider details.
