Allows us to work on your system from our office to where ever you are.
This is for general configuration issues and light service work only.
Your system needs to be in working order and connected to a decent internet connection. Please check requirements below.
Costs
Charges are $30 for first 15mins, $20 per additional 15mins or part thereof.
Billing details
First $30 / 15 minute payable upon booking.
We will inform you at each additional 15 minute charging point, payable upon completion.
Initial $30 is not refundable. Attempted connections, poor quality connections and unforseen difficulties are beyond our control, but still incur costs.
Requirements
A working Internet connection is essential !!
A fast and reliable internet connection is preferable (1500/256 minimum)
Computer must be… Generally running ok, not running slowly, inconsistently or temperamentally.
